I love to unwind with a glass of wine. When I’ve had a busy and/or challenging day, having that glass helps get the edge off. However, drinking wine every day isn’t good when you are trying to lose weight. When I was with someone who drank daily, I was drinking a glass every other day. Now that I am no longer with that person, I only drink wine on the weekends.
If I need to relax, I make myself a cup of hot tea instead.
