  • My heart goes out to the loved ones of the innocent lives lost yesterday.

These children will never grow up due to an 18-year-old with some mental health issues getting access to a gun.

I still don't understand why the School Resource Officer allowed him to go into the school.

We need to do better for our kids and help expand access to mental health resources. We also need to rethink who we allow access to a gun.

For me, I plan to write to my state representatives. If anyone has other ways to get involved, please DM me. I do not want to sit and do anything anymore.

Every week, there is a new mass shooting. It really needs to stop.
  • Hey you! I’m sure you have a lot on your plate today, like juggling work, kids, and just life in general, but I just wanted to remind you to add one more thing to your to-do list… to be AMAZING!

Of course, it won’t be hard… I mean, look at you!

Like this post if this was the encouragement you needed today.🤩😍😎
  • The 37% Rule sounds interesting, and I will definitely try it the next time I have to make a big decision and report back on how it goes.

Decision-making can be tough, but remember that even if you feel you did not make the right decision, things usually happen for a reason.

In February 2020, I backed down on relocating to Florida. Looking back, I am glad that I waited. I wasn't 100% sure, and I found out that the builder I was going to choose does not use quality materials.

I then decided to move to Maryland, and I saw a second home I loved, but I knew that was not the move I wanted to make.

Then I thought, let me stay in my townhouse I love in Virginia. However, I realized that I wanted to move. I decided on my birthday to move to Florida.

Here I am!

Now that I know the 37% rule is an actual thing, I will continue using it.

  • My aunt’s funeral was beautiful like she was. She was a wonderful woman who gave so much to everyone. My mom and her sacrificed so much for their younger siblings to have more opportunities. If it weren’t for them, none of us would be where we are.

She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and I saw how much my cousins and their kids love and miss her.

I didn’t want to come to Panama for a long time due to some issues that I don’t really want to get into. But I’m glad I did and brought my grandson who was able to spend time with his great-great grandmother. He loves to come up and hold her hand.

I’m glad I came to be with my grandmother and mom. Also, to say my final goodbyes to my aunt’s body because her spirit will always be with us.
